Ingredients
- 2 cans white chili beans undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium jalapeno (seeded and diced)
- 1 rotisserie chicken removed from bone and diced
Preparation
Step 1
In crock pot add 1 1/2 cans white chili beans. Mash the remaining 1/2 can and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Can be served with optional toppings:
shredded cheese
sour cream
lime wedge
tortilla strips
avocado
cilantro
