Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 can 28 oz diced/crushed tomatos
• 1 6oz tomato paste
• 1 small onion (sweet onion)
• 2 carrots
• 2 celery sticks
• 1/4 cup of butter
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp parsley
• 1/4 cup skim milk

Preparation

Brown the meat and drain

add to the sauce when cooked
