Caper Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. capers (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon juice plus 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients into a bowl. Can be refrigerated up to one week.
Can be topped over fish.
