Chicken One-Pot Italian Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach, divided
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken cut in 1/2 in pieces
  • 1 pound linguine
  • 3 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 2 t Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes
  • 5 oz shredded parm
  • 1 box chicken stock
  • 1 cup white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Add to 5 quart dutch oven everything except 1/2 of spinach and cheese. Bring to boil and cook for 9-10 minutes until pasta is done to your liking. Mix occasionally to separate pastas.

Turn off heat and stir in cheese, then remaining spinach.
