Chicken One-Pot Italian Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh spinach, divided
- 1 large yellow onion sliced
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken cut in 1/2 in pieces
- 1 pound linguine
- 3 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 5 oz shredded parm
- 1 box chicken stock
- 1 cup white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Add to 5 quart dutch oven everything except 1/2 of spinach and cheese. Bring to boil and cook for 9-10 minutes until pasta is done to your liking. Mix occasionally to separate pastas.
Turn off heat and stir in cheese, then remaining spinach.
