Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts or raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing each. Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and oats. Add to butter mixture all at once and mix.''Drop by rounded tablespoonful about 2 inches apart. Bake until edges turn brown for about 9-11 minutes.
