Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breast
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic
- Red pepper
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 ½ cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tbsp. chopped hot pepper
- 1 tbsp. pepper juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Fry chicken in pan with EVOO until cooked all the way through
2. Fry onion and garlic with a dash of EVOO. Add chopped red pepper, add thyme and rose merry and a dash of salt and pepper
3. Add tomato paste mix well. Add wine to pan let fry for a min or 2
4. Add chicken stock to pan and return chicken to pan. Add hot peppers and juice to pan. Add lemon juice and serve with pasta if desired
