Ingredients

  • 8

    boneless chicken breast

  • 1

    red onion, chopped

  • 6

    cloves garlic

  • Red pepper

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • 3

    tbsp. tomato paste

  • 1

    ½ cup dry white wine

  • 2

    cups chicken stock

  • 3

    tbsp. chopped hot pepper

  • 1

    tbsp. pepper juice

  • 2

    tbsp. lemon

Directions

1. Fry chicken in pan with EVOO until cooked all the way through 2. Fry onion and garlic with a dash of EVOO. Add chopped red pepper, add thyme and rose merry and a dash of salt and pepper 3. Add tomato paste mix well. Add wine to pan let fry for a min or 2 4. Add chicken stock to pan and return chicken to pan. Add hot peppers and juice to pan. Add lemon juice and serve with pasta if desired
