Bring 2 lbs small radishes (halved if large), 1/2 cup apple cider, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 tsp each thyme leaves and kosher salt to a simmer, covered. Cook until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. Uncover, simmer until the liquid evaporates and the radishes are glazed.
