Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 C potatoes 2 C cauliflower
  • 3 tbl Smart Balance Spread
  • 1/2 C plain non-fat yogury
  • 1/4-1/2 C soy or skim milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Steam cauliflower and boil potatoes until soft
Blend with mixer or food processor
Add rest of ingredients and mix well
Salt and Pepper to taste
