Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 C onion, chopped
- 1 Tbl flour
- 1/4 C crimini mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbls chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 C sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet brown meat and onion until meat is not longer pink. Stir in mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat, cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream just before serving, heat to warm, do not boil.
Serve over cooked noodles or dumplings of your choice.
