Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers color of your choice, I mix it up
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 T chopped garlic
- one can mexi-corn, drained
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice, I use white rice
- 1 large or 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Cut peppers the long way and steam for 3-5 minutes just to barely soften. Brown the meat drain fat off. Add chopped onion and garlic saute then add tomato cook briefly. Add rest of ingredients then fill your peppers heaping up, you may add grated cheese or sliced cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great with cornbread!
