  • Bruchetta
  • Tomatoes (chopped) (Romas)
  • Peperencine peppers (chopped)
  • Salt/pepper
  • Tsp garlic
  • Couple Tbls Olive oil
  • Couple Tbls Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Drain the tomatoes. Put olive oil on both sides of French bread. Broil slightly. Turn over, add mozzarella cheese and broil until lightly browned.
