Ingredients
- 2 packages of cream cheese (8oz) room temp
- 1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 lbs confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. cinnamon (and for garnish if desired)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cream together cream cheese and butter.
2) Add half of the confectioner's sugar, beat on low until combined. Add other half
3) Once combined, add vanilla & cinnamon. Beat until combined.
4) Once cupcakes are cool, frost.
