Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cupcooked oats
- 1/2 cup low-carb BBQ sauce (WW 3 points with low carb/5 points if not)
- 1 medium tomato pureed
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can green chilli peppers, undrained
- 1 tsp fresh garlic minces
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Mexican blend seasoning
- non-stick cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat overn to 400
Mix all ingredients
Shape into loag and place in baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray
Bake 1 hour
Great for meatballs or burgers too!
