Banana Bread

• 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
• 2/3 C sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/3 C vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 C sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2/3 C mashed banana

Preparation

Step 1

Place everything in Bread Machine as directions call for and press Cake.
