Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 c pineapple bits drained with reserved juice
- 1 c diced red bell pepper
- 6 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 c cilantro chopped
- 1/4 c reserved pineapple juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
