Ingredients

  • 1

    can kidney beans drained

  • 1

    can garbanzo beans drained

  • 1

    can black beans drained

  • 1

    can cut green beans drained

  • 1

    can wax beans drained

  • 3/4

    c chopped red onion

  • 1/2

    c oil (I use 1/3 cup)

  • 1/2

    c apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2

    c sugar

  • 1

    t salt

  • 3/4

    t pepper

Directions

In a medium size bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture over the beans and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. You can add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you like it.
