BANANA PUDDING

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 3 cups milk
• 1 large cool whip
• 3-5 bananas
• Vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese in microwave until spreadable. Add sugar and stir well, add pudding mix and stir in milk quickly.
Fold in cool whip (don’t mix in to long – just fold in)
In a large bowl, line vanilla wafers on bottom and around sides of bowl. Ladle pudding mix until wafers on bottom are covered well. Next place a layer of sliced bananas generously. Place another layer of wafers on top of the bananas, repeat until pudding all used ending up with a thin layer of pudding on the top. Decorate with wafers and cool whip.
