  • 1.50 lb(s), Pork Loin
  • 1 tbs, Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup (25g), Green Onion Raw (Whole)
  • 1/4 teaspoon, Spices, garlic powder
  • 1 cup, Water
  • 8 oz(s), Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp(s), Beef-style Bouillon Powder, Salt-reduced
  • 0.25 cup, Wine - Table, white
  • 1 tbsp, White
  • 0.50 cup(s), Low Fat Sour Cream (Revised)
  • 1/8 tsp, ground, Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, brown he meat in oil. Add the onion and cook until softened. Transfer to the slow cooker. Combine garlic powder, water mushrooms, bouillon, and spices. Pour over meat mixture. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on igh for 5 -6 hours. Turn heat to high. Stir together sour cream, wine and flour. Cook until sauce is thickened, 15 - 20 minutes.
