Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • 1 egg per pound
  • 1/2 tsp salt per pound
  • 1/2 tsp pepper per pound
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese per pound
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs per pound
  • 1 tsp dried oregano per pound
  • 1 tsp dried basil per pound
  • 1 tsp dried parsley per pound
  • 1 tsp minced garlic per pound
  • 1 tsp minced onions, dried, per pound

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together with your hands. With wet hands, form into golf ball size meatballs. Brown in olive oil and then transfer to sauce to finish cooking.
