Ingredients
- Peppers (Banana or Red)
- 3 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 12 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mix cheeses together and then add parsley and salt and pepper and set aside. Clean and prepare peppers by removing seeds and splitting. Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture and place on a flat cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate until ready to eat.
