Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
- 1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt or kefir
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. mustard powder (or more, depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed or 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and adjust seasonings to taste. Transfer to a glass container or jar, cover and refrigerate. I like to make it at least a few hours ahead to allow the flavors to meld.
Makes about 1 cup
