Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Pie Shell
  • 3 med Onions
  • 8 oz Canned Mushrooms
  • 3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 oz Shredded Muenster Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and mushrooms.

Mix together remaining ingredients.

Pour onion mixture into pie shell.

Mix with half of egg/cheese mixture.

Pour remaining egg/cheese mixture on top.

Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
