Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 C Instant Brown Rice
- 1 cup non fat milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the 2 cups broth with the rice in a small saucepan, over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium low and simmer 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes Place rice mixture and milk in a blender. Remove the center piece from the lid and cover with a with a dish towel to keep from splashing. Blend until smooth a d set aside. Use this to "cream" soups
