Ingredients

    cup corn oil

  • 1/4

    cup honey mustard

  • 4

    teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1

    tablespoon sugar

  • 2

    teaspoons white wine vinegar

  • 3

    tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

    pound sliced smoked salmon

Directions

Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in dill. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Serve salmon with sauce. This recipe yields 6 servings.
