Ingredients
- 2 cups canned pumpkin (or canned sweet potatoes)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup low-fat milk powder (equal to 4 cups
- low-fat milk)
- Egg substitutes to equal 2 eggs
- Brown sugar substitute equal to 3/4 cup
- Please note below
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch glass pie
pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake in a
preheated 350F oven for 1 hour, or until knife
inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
