Ingredients
- For cake:
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries
- For topping:
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter or margarine and add sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold dry berries in. Pour into greased 9" x 9" x 2" pan.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
