  • Graham crackers
  • Small marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Sliced almonds
  • Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Line 15" x 10" x 1" cookie tray with parchment paper (spray both sides with Pam). Fill pan with graham crackers. Spread a layer of marshmallows over top. Heat butter and brown sugar until sugar is melted. Add vanilla. Drizzle over marshmallows. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sliced almonds and coconut. Bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes. Cool, remove from pan and cut into squares.
