Ingredients
- 8 ounces bread flour
- 2 each eggs
- pinch nutmeg
- 3/4 cup milk
- pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and work very well with a
wooden spoon until elastic.
2. Place into a Spatzle press or colander and press the batter in
boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and drain.
4. Saute the Spatzle in butter.
