Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 stick of melted butter in a 10 inch pie plate
- ground graham cracker crumbs to form the shape in the pie plate
- Chill for a few hours
- 5 egg yolks
- 7 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 5 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth.
In a cold bowl and beaters put in the 5 egg whites and mix on high. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
Put meringue on pie and bake 375 until golden brown. (maybe 12 minutes)
Cool for as long as possible
