Ingredients
- 1 lb Medium Raw Shrimp
- 3 Jalapeno Peppers
- 4 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1 cup Prepared Barbecue Sauce

Step 1
Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Seed jalapeño and cut into thin strips about 1 inch long. Place jalapeno strip into middle of butterfly shrimp. Next cover jalapeño with cream cheese. Lightly close shrimp around jalapeno and cream cheese mixture. Cut bacon in half. Wrap bacon around shrimp.
Light grill. Over medium heat, cook for a couple of minutes or until bacon is slightly cooked. Turn and brush with barbecue sauce. After a couple minutes, turn and add more sauce. Repeat until bacon is brown and shrimp are done.
