Spinach-Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb ground Beef or Lamb
  • 8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Get your hands dirty and mix meat, spinach, egg, tomato paste, parsley, garlic powder, salt,and bread crumbs. Combine well. Place 1/2 of meat mixture in a bread loaf pan. Cover layer with shredded jack. Add remaining meat. Pat down. Cover top with Ketchup.


Bake 1 hour.
