Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
