CHICKEN MARSALA - Alcove

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
  • Half and Half - 2 to 4 cups
  • 2 whole white onions
  • 4 Fresh tomatos (Romas work well)
  • Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Marsala Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken a little and shake in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter/oil until brown. Add chopped firm tomatos (1 per 5 people), 1/2 onion (per 5 people) slivered. Add minced garlic and mushrooms. Add 1/2 to 1 cup Marsala and 1/2 to 1 Cup half and half per 5 people. Cook until thickened.
