Ingredients
- 12 Hot Dogs
- 1/4 cup Duck Sauce
- 1/4 cup Spicy Duck Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
Cut each hot dog in half and then make cuts 1/4" apart, down the length of the hot dog, stopping short of cutting through.
Smother with sauce mixture, taking care to get the sauce in between slices.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove, baste, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
