Ingredients

  • 2 C Flour
  • 1/2 C Powdered sugar
  • 1 C Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/3 C lemon juice
  • 1/4 C flour mixed w/
  • 1/2 t baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cut flour, powdered sugar & butter until it forms small balls then press into a 9 X 13" pan and bake 350 for 15" or barely brown.

In blender or food processor stir eggs, sugar and juice together until thick and lemon colored then slowly add the flour/powder mix. Pour over the warm crust and bake another 15-20". Sprinkle w/powdered sugar, cool and serve.
