Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 med green pepper, julienne
- 1 med red pepper, julienne
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 12 oz pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in a big skillet until crisp. Add onions and garlic, saute 1 minute. Add peppers, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Heat through and serve over pasta.
