Ingredients
- 8 C water
- 4 ears corn
- 1 1/2 T chopped chives
- 1 T melted butter
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/2 t grated lemon rind
- 1 t lemon juice
- kosher salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to boil; add corn, cover & cook 3 min. Drain
Combine chives with remaining ingredients. Brush evenly over warm corn.
