Ingredients
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper,
- seeded and finely chopped
- ( or equivalent roasted red pepper )
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounces shredded mozarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- crackers or pita bread for dipping

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large crock-pot.
Cook on high for 1 hour.
