  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper,
  • seeded and finely chopped
  • ( or equivalent roasted red pepper )
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • crackers or pita bread for dipping
