Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tsp. parsley, dried, organic
  • 3 sml. potatoes, russet, organic

Preparation

Step 1

Wash potatoes then chop into mini bite size with skin on.

Cover top of potatoes with garlic powder and again with onion powder.

Put in large bowl with olive oil, cover and shake well.

Put on a cookie sheet then sprinkle parsley flakes over potatoes.

Broil for 20 minutes. Stir at 10 minutes into broiling.

They come out crispy. Adjust cooking time for your oven. Enjoy!
