- C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 1/4
- C. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 1 1/2
- tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 1/2
- tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 1/2
- tsp. lemon juice

1.Combine all ingredients and serve with romaine lettuce, croutons, fresh black pepper and any of your other favorite salad ingredients.
