Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp/ salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the flour, baking powder salt and butter in a mixer and mix until
crumbly. Add the buttermilk and mix until dough holds together. Do not over
mix. Turn out on a floured surface and roll the dough out to a ¾ inch
thickness. Ct into rounds. Place fairly close together on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 450 oven for 12-15 minutes.
