French Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar (Add more to taste)
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix garlic & Dijon mustard. Add salt & Pepper and mix well. Add oil and vinegar. Serve over fresh greens.
