Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 large onion, diced
- one 16 oz. can pork and beans
- 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 5 tbsp. maple or pancake syrup
- 4 tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. In bacon drippings, saute onion until brown. Mix bacon, onion, and drippings with remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake covered for 45 to 60 minutes.
