Ingredients
- 24 oreos, finely crushed
- ¼ c. margarine, melted
- ¼ c. crème de menthe
- 1 jar marshmallow crème
- 2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cookie crumbs and oleo. Press into 9” pan, save ½ c. for topping. Gradually add crème de menthe to marshmallow crème, mixing until well blended. Fold into whipped cream, pour into pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze.
If desired, use peppermint flavoring and green food coloring for alcohol.
