Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup light mayonaise
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Set whites aside. Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork. Add mayo,mustard, and vinegar;mix well. Season with a bit of salt and black pepper. Stuff egg whites halves with yolk mixute. Sprinkle with paprika.
