BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP with DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients

• 24 tootpicks
• 12 slices bacon
• 24 jumbo shrimp
• 1 T butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 c Huntss tomato sauce
• /3 c steak sauce
• 1/4 t hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Partially cook bacon:
Heat skillet MEDIUM heat.
cook bacon slices
3 minutes.

Cut bacon 1/2
Wrap around shrimp
Hold with tootpick

Return to skillit
Cook 8 minutes

Place butter & garlic in sauce pan
Cook LOW 15 secoonds.
Stir constantly
Add tomato sauce,
steak sauce and hot sauce.

Simmer 5 minutes.
Serve warm
