Baked Pears

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pears
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Raspberry jam or preserves
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Wine or vermouth
  • Triple sec
  • Vanilla bean ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a buttered, sugared 8x13 pan, place halved, cored whole skin-on pears. Sprinkle fresh raspberries on the pears and spread raspberry jam or preserves around. Add about 1/2 cup wine or vermouth and a splash of triple sec.
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and more fresh raspberries.
