Ingredients
- 2 T oil
- 1 onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2-3 tsp spike seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cans red beans rinsed and drained
- 3 cans vegetable broth (14oz each)
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- Dash of balsamic vinegar
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in oil for 4 minutes.
Add celery, onion, carrots 3-4 minutes
Add garlic,seasoning, saute 1 min
add all to slow cooker
6-7 hours on low
Add orzo
cook 40minutes more
stir in vinegar
serve with parmesan cheese
